Dr. Raja, M.D. completed Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at Rangaraya Medical College, India in 1991 and then underwent one year rotary internship in all specialties. After this, he pursued further studies in USA and completed PGY 1 in 1996 at Hurley Medical center, Flint, MI. Rotated in Pediatrics and OBGYN dedicating two months to each specialty and participated in Internal Medicine for the remaining period. Gained experience in managing routine Gynecological cases and delivering anti-natal and post-natal care. Also obtained experience in managing outpatient Pediatric clinic. Later Dr. Raja, M.D. completed PGY 2 & PGY 3 in Primary Care Internal Medicine Residency Program at St. Mary’s Hospital, Rochester, NY in 1998, which provided invaluable education and experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
